LogisticsVenueCPweek
will take place at beautiful Chaminade (www.chaminade.com)
in Santa Cruz, California, USA, about 80 miles south of San Francisco. CPweek
is May 19th - 22nd, 2003.
 | Chaminade
is a stunning, mission-style executive conference center and lodging facility
built high on a bluff with panoramic views of Monterey Bay. The center offers
attractive business-class accommodations set in the spectacular natural surroundings
of the Santa Cruz Mountains. There are terraces and patios for small-group gatherings,
as well as hiking trails, fitness center, and swimming pool. We have reserved
a limited number of rooms at Chaminade at a rate of $153/night ($85 each for double
occupancy) for those who plan to stay for three nights or more. |

Scott's Valley: We have also arranged for overflow accommodations at
the Hilton Scott's Valley which is 4 miles from Chaminade. The CPweek room rate
is $139. Please call 888-445-3010 to book reservations. Santa
Cruz Inn: For community members on a budget, we can recommend the Santa
Cruz Inn which is across the freeway from Chaminade. Their rates run from $69
- $89 but they have only 20 rooms so call soon to book your room. They can be

registration is required in advance to participate in CPWeek. Event tuition includes
materials, refreshments, all meals, equipment and related expenses. Delegates
are responsible for their own travel and lodging expense. You are encouraged to
register soon, since participation is limited and this event will reach capacity
quickly.

We have a great
deal for those attending CPweek and staying at the Chaminade
conference resort. Registrants can bring a colleague for freeas long as
each takes a room at Chaminade. That is, if you pay the conference fee of $875,
and you and your colleague each pay for a hotel room (for all three nights), your
colleague pays no conference fees.
A
limited number for scholarship subsidies are available to those in need. If you
are interested in applying for a scholarship subsidy, please send an email with
an explanation. | CancellationRegistrations
may be cancelled or transferred without charge more than 30 days prior to the
seminar date. Registrations cancelled 15-30 days prior to the seminar date will
be refunded 50% of the seminar fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations
within two weeks of the program. |
